Terms of Service

By accessing or using the NutsAndCrafts website (nutsandcrafts.com) or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NutsAndCrafts Pvt. Ltd. ("NutsAndCrafts", "Company", "we"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act 2013, with its registered office at Unit 4B, Sheetal Commerce Centre, Linking Road, Bandra West, Mumbai – 400050.

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use our services. By using NutsAndCrafts, you represent that you meet these requirements.

If you are placing an order on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

All product descriptions, images, and specifications are for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free.

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place the order.

We reserve the right to limit quantities of products sold. Product availability is not guaranteed until order confirmation is received.

Nutritional information provided is based on third-party laboratory testing or manufacturer specifications. It is for general informational purposes and should not be treated as medical advice.

An order placed by you constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when you receive an order confirmation email from NutsAndCrafts.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure of payment verification. In case of cancellation, any payment received will be fully refunded.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order details, including delivery address and product selection. NutsAndCrafts is not liable for errors in orders placed by you.

Payment is processed at the time of order placement. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, digital wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) as specified at checkout.

For COD orders, payment is due at the time of delivery. Refusal to accept a COD order after it has been dispatched may result in restrictions on future COD orders from your account.

All online payments are processed through Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. NutsAndCrafts does not store your complete payment card details.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. NutsAndCrafts is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or other factors outside our control.

Risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery of the product to the specified address. If you designate a safe-drop location or authorise delivery without signature, risk passes upon the courier's record of delivery.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Our Returns Policy forms part of this agreement.

NutsAndCrafts's liability for defective or incorrect products is limited to replacement of the product or a full refund of the purchase price, at our discretion. We are not liable for consequential losses arising from product defects.

All content on the NutsAndCrafts website — including product photographs, descriptions, the NutsAndCrafts name and logo, blog articles, recipes, and the overall site design — is the exclusive intellectual property of NutsAndCrafts Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors, protected under Indian copyright, trademark, and design law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from our website without written permission.

You grant NutsAndCrafts a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use any review, testimonial, or content you submit to us for promotional purposes, with attribution.

You agree not to: • Use NutsAndCrafts for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts, or data • Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information • Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or harvest data from our website • Interfere with the operation of the website or servers • Resell our products without prior written authorisation for commercial resale purposes • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NutsAndCrafts's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services or products shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.

NutsAndCrafts is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services or products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

Products sold by NutsAndCrafts are food products. Health claims, nutritional information, and descriptions of traditional medicinal uses (e.g., for Shilajit, Saffron, Honey) are for informational purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

NutsAndCrafts products are not medicines and are not evaluated by the Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation (CDSCO) as pharmaceutical products. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are on medication, consult a qualified healthcare professional before using our products.

Individuals with nut allergies should exercise caution — cross-contamination is possible in our facilities.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of NutsAndCrafts after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance.

The version of the Terms applicable to your order is the version in force at the time of order placement.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without reference to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of NutsAndCrafts's services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

For consumer disputes, you may also approach the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.
