How long does delivery take?

Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days. Express Delivery: 2–3 business days, at an extra charge shown at checkout. All timelines are from the day of dispatch, not order placement.

Is there a minimum order value?

There's no minimum order value. The delivery charge depends on where the order is going and is shown at checkout before you pay.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Accepted Answer

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placing them — before they enter our packing queue. After that, the order will have already been packed and dispatched. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp (+91 78899 05600) or email for the fastest response.

Do you deliver outside India?

My order shows delivered but I haven't received it. What should I do?

Please check with family members or neighbours first — couriers sometimes leave packages with a neighbour. If the package genuinely wasn't received, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp and we'll raise a courier investigation. Verified non-delivery cases are reshipped or fully refunded.

Are your products genuinely organic?

Products labelled 'Organic' on our site are USDA Organic certified, FSSAI certified, or both. Each certification is listed in the product listing. We do not use the word 'organic' as a marketing term — only for genuinely certified products. Non-organic products are listed as 'Natural' or 'Premium'.

Where exactly does your saffron come from?

Straight from the fields of Lethpora and Pampore in Jammu & Kashmir — the same soil that gives Kashmir saffron its name. We buy directly from the farmers who grow and hand-pick it, with no trader or middleman in between, so what leaves the field is exactly what reaches your door.

Do you hold the official "GI tag" certification for Kashmir saffron?

"Kashmir Saffron" is a Geographical Indication protected by Indian law, and the right to display its official GI logo belongs only to registered authorised users — we are not one, and we don't claim to be. What we can honestly say is where it comes from: our saffron is grown by farmers in Pampore and Lethpora, inside the GI-designated region itself, bought directly from them. How can I check the saffron is pure myself?

Drop a few strands into a glass of warm water or milk. Pure saffron releases its colour slowly over several minutes and turns the water a golden-yellow — it doesn't bleed deep red or orange instantly, and the strands stay mostly intact rather than dissolving. If a batch ever fails that test for you, or a lab report of your own says otherwise, tell us and we'll refund or replace it — no argument.

Is your Shilajit lab tested for heavy metals?

Yes. Every batch of our Shilajit is tested at an NABL-accredited laboratory for lead, mercury, arsenic, and cadmium — all reported below FSSAI safe limits. The fulvic acid content is also verified (≥70%). The lab report is available on the product page.

Why do your prices vary between weight options — is it proportional?

Larger weight options are priced better per gram than smaller options — we pass on the packaging and logistics savings. We never charge a flat price-per-gram across all sizes. The per-gram price is displayed on each product listing for easy comparison.

Question 13

What does 'vacuum-sealed' mean, and why does it matter?

Accepted Answer

Vacuum-sealing removes oxygen from the packaging before sealing. Oxygen is the primary cause of rancidity and flavour degradation in nuts and seeds. Vacuum-sealed products last significantly longer and retain their natural oil content and flavour better than air-packaged alternatives.

I found my honey has crystallised. Is it still good?

Crystallisation is a natural and positive sign of pure, raw honey. It means no sugar has been added and it hasn't been heavily processed. To re-liquefy, place the jar in a bowl of warm (not boiling) water for 15–20 minutes. Never microwave honey — it destroys the enzymes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), Net Banking (all major Indian banks), Digital Wallets (Paytm Wallet, Amazon Pay, Mobikwik), and Cash on Delivery (COD, with a handling fee shown at checkout). All online payments are processed through a 256-bit SSL encrypted gateway.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, with a handling fee added at checkout. Whether COD is offered depends on the delivery option for your address — checkout only shows it where it is available.

Are the prices inclusive of GST?

Yes — all prices displayed on our website are inclusive of GST. Most dry fruits and nuts attract 12% GST. Spices and saffron attract 5% GST. Shilajit wellness products attract 18% GST. The GST breakdown is shown in your order invoice.

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Products must be in their original, unopened vacuum-sealed packaging. Opened perishables cannot be returned for hygiene reasons — but if you're unhappy with the quality of any product, we'll replace it or refund you regardless of whether it's opened.

My product arrived damaged. What should I do?

Take a photo of the damaged product and packaging, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (+91 78899 05600) or email (hello@nutsandcrafts.com). We'll arrange a replacement dispatch within 24 hours, with no need to return the damaged product.

How long do refunds take?

Accepted Answer

Once a return is approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. UPI and bank transfer refunds typically reflect within 1–3 business days. Credit/debit card refunds can take 5–7 business days depending on your bank. COD order refunds are issued as store credit or NEFT transfer.

Can I return a gift box if the recipient doesn't like it?

Yes. If the recipient contacts us within 7 days with the order ID, we can arrange either a product exchange (choose different products of equal value) or a full store credit.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Accepted Answer

No — you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save multiple addresses, manage saved payment methods, and access order history.

How do I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

Go to My Account → Security → Danger Zone → Delete Account. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy, except for transaction records which must be retained for 7 years under Indian tax law.

Do you share my personal data with third parties?
